Overwhelmingly Positive Reviews for the UMAP Experience At the completion of each UMAP session, clients and/or caregivers are asked to complete a brief survey about their experiences in the UMAP. 165 UMAP participants rated their experiences as follows: - 96% agreed or strongly agreed when asked whether overall they were satisfied with their experience in the UMAP
- 96% said that they would recommend the UMAP to others
- 96% of clients rated the business office staff as friendly and helpful
- 92% agreed or strongly agreed that the recreational activities offered outside of therapy time were interesting and fun
- 96% of clients rated nearby accommodations as comfortable
